A short but succinct take on Kgebetli Moele’s latest, which deserves more notice than it has received to date:
Just when you begin to wonder where this story about Khutso - who grew up poor in Masakeng but steered clear of the negative elements around him to make something of his life - is going, the pace changes dramatically. The result is a chilling and disturbing read, but an important contribution to the debate around sexual behaviour in South Africa today.
